Frontstep wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or reduced motion settings.
Our goal: meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
What we do:
- Test each release with automated tools and by hand with a keyboard and a screen reader.
- Respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting and let you pause moving content.
- Write in plain language and keep text readable with strong contrast.
Known limits: some third-party content, like embedded maps or payment app pages, may not be fully accessible. We are working with what those providers allow.
Need help or found a problem? Email hello@frontstepweb.com and put “Accessibility” in the subject. Tell us the page and what happened. We will reply within 2 business days and offer another way to get what you need right away.
