What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, business name, email, phone.
- Builder choices: business type, style, features, and notes.
- Uploads: photos, logos, and files you send for your site.
- Payment records: amount, date, and app used. We never see or store card or bank numbers.
- Basic site stats: page views from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
Why we use it
To build your demo and site, contact you about your project, send receipts and care plan notices, and keep our records for taxes.
Who we share it with
Only services that help us run Frontstep: Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Resend (email), and the payment app you choose. We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Leads who never buy: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Demo photos and files after a declined demo: 90 days, then deleted.
- Client files: while you are a client and 1 year after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Payment and tax records: 7 years, as the law requires.
No cookies. No tracking.
This site sets no cookies. We use no ads, pixels, session recording, chat widgets, or third party embeds. Fonts are hosted by us, not Google. If we count visits, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics only. It is cookieless and does not follow you to other sites. That is why there is no cookie banner. Your builder answers are saved only in your own browser until you press send. Clear them any time by clearing your browser data.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across websites, so we treat every visitor the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Do not sell or share
We do not sell or share your personal information. Not for ads, not for anything. There is nothing to opt out of, but you can always email hello@frontstepweb.com to see, fix, or delete what we have.
Your choices
Email hello@frontstepweb.com to see, correct, or delete your information. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Photos you upload are kept in private storage. Only Frontstep can open them, through links that expire. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you as California law requires.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post updates here with a new effective date.
